Anyone else see Graham Sharp and Stuart on SkySports News saying how they can see what Roberto is trying to do and understand it. They were also saying fans need to be careful what they wish for... I have to say I don't like the sounds of that... seems like the club is asking them to go out and say this stuff as there's no way they genuinely mean thone words... worrying signs that, I hope, regarding my earlier post that things haven't changed at Everton regarding the managerial position for whatever reason it may be.

The common denominator with both of them is that they are employed by the club in " hospitality / PR " jobs.

Yeah that's my point though, why are the club telling them/ expecting them to big up RM and cautioning fans to be careful what we wish for if the board has already decided to terminate RM's contract at the end of the season. Seems a futile move unless they are intending on keeping RM at the helm, unless I am misunderstanding here...

Sharpy is massive club kiss ass, so has to put a positive " club " spin on everything. He does as he's told and doesn't rock the boat. Stuart isn't as high profile, so to a lesser extent doesn't have to kiss ass as much. They're both on tne payroll of the club and aren't openly going to criticise the current manger even if they know different. Don't read into too much.

Perhaps its just a PR play. Avoids the board having to say anything themselves and hopefully leaves a final
(if possible) shred of integrity with Roberto (Roberto Martinez) for the last 3 games.
When the board acts this is not something they will need to defend.
