To be honest he could make it SO much easier for himself to actually take some of the blame for the club's failings over the past two years. Has he even once lay the blame with him? I've heard officials blamed, injuries, luck, players, money, Leicester's title atmosphere... but never him actually admitting he got something wrong. The fans would go so much easier on him if he actually came out and said he needs to change (even if it's too late!) or that he got his tactics wrong, etc. His own fault, I hope he gets booed out of the stadium!

That is not how he would look at it.
He would look at the individual players and would ask himself what could he get out of them.

Also noticed how O'Keefe got some excuses in for Martinez:

This is rubbish. We've had quite a good season with respect to injuries. If Lukaku had got injured we'd probably be relegated.
