My only concern for tomorrow's game is actually the arsenal one.

We lose tomorrow and next week's game becomes toxic , especially if the real arsenal turn up. Tomorrow isn't about the manager it is about the cup, and we all want to win the cup, doesn't matter if its royle Martinez or even mike walker in charge. But right now, the game means more to us than ever before because if there is any chance of the crowd fully turning then I haven't much hope for the rest of the season.

Good point this, for Chelsea all we will be thinking about is the cup, but if we lose that the season is over and I think Goodison will be at its worse against Arsenal.

It's all good. Things in life happen for a reason. What will be will be for Roberto.
 
Were about to play Chelsea in an important game and so many posters seem to actually want to lose just to see the back of a manager.

Quite frankly its a disgrace and the self entitlement is incredible.

This is a Chelsea side which Abramovich has pumped hundreds of millions into and if we dont win the manager should be sacked???

Really suspicious about some of the posters on here.

I think you still have me blocked Zat...but it's very much Veruca Salt from Willy Wonka with loads on here.
 
Martinez has created a team that is very good but clearly something aint right and we are nowhere near where we should be in the league.Is it bad luck? Player mentality? Too much youth? Poor tactics/ management.? There are people on here who change their views solely on results, 2 wins and suddenly Martinez is the man but a run of bad results then he should be sacked. I think we should give the guy more time to eek out the fault cos despite the results Martinez has managed to create a very good squad playing good football most of the time that with the new investment could become great. Results have not been great and i have written off this year (bar Fa cup)but Martinez needs respect for the team/squad/decent football he has developed.I think he is the right man with the philosophy to attract quality players in the summer and i am looking forward to that.

Not sure about that. Didnt think i'd think this but look at some of the posts in here and you'd think people would rather we lost every game or won narrowly by 1-0 rather than putting teams to the sword and having unfortunate results which can be rectified as he keeps building.

Alot of Moyes fans here who probably arent aware of Howard Kendalls time with us which all was going sour until he had a bit of luck...

Theres a lot of similarities in the managers ability to bring players into the club and mould them into a team which can destroy anyone on its day...he just needs time and luck.

The scandalous thing really is that some fans are giving him more stick than mike walker ever got and no doubt want him to fail as they prefer to finish 5th or 6th every season.

5th or 6th is nothing...nowhere.

i want to finish 1st, this takes time.

Despite what people write here, I still highly doubt when the game starts they won't hurt if we are losing.
Sure, people may well expect to lose and then start the fume against the Manager when we play badly or lose, but that's because they are hurting.
We all want Everton to win every match.
That's why we are here. I truly believe that ;)
