Yet you critique people doing the exact same thing in regards to not thinking Martinez is not up to job?

I fear for this team when we finally ship off the last of the Moyes players - at that point we will be truly left with players who have had no influence from a manager who knew how to defend, scary thoughts mate
Lukaku, Lennon, McCarthy, Barry. All rubbished here. So what are your carefully considered opinions on the manager's situation again?

Just on Sky sports 1 now - Norwich have made the fewest combined tackles and interceptions this season (840). We're in 19th place - on 905...

Swansea above on 947 and Man City then on 983.

Pretty clear where our problems lay...

He's got to go, not sure who we could get to replace him but surely with new financial backing we need a manager who knows how to handle a big war chest well and also has experience of dealing with the kind of big ego's that can come with big name players.

I dont know who that is but there are going to be managers lining up to come to us if we show Martinez the door, I appreciate what he achieved in his first season with us, but we have carried on playing in that style and everyone knows how to set up against us now, there is no plan B, his unwavering faith in how he believes the game should be played is admirable, but go and do that in La Liga where it might have more impact.

Bring me someone who has won something and has managed big names, failing that get Bilic in, he doesnt strike me as someone who will take any stick regardless of who it is, he also has links to the club and has shown some ability in his first season at West Ham.

Think that if Martinez does stay this season, then next year, it's Champions League or bust.

He's had enough time now to get the squad right.

I just do not believe he has it in him to suddenly turn it around. His entire philosophy plays into our problems and if he reversed his philosophy what would he have left? Of course, he never would, so it's a pointless question. Those forum posts from Wigan fans yonks ago show that nothing has changed in the mind of Roberto Martinez, and we'd be foolish to think that it ever will.

He, quite simply, has always been an unbalanced tactician. On our day, when things do go well, you can see the brilliance shine through and all the things he does right. And he does plenty right. If he didn't he'd have been long gone; the only reason there's a debate is because we can all see the good things he's done.

But football is about results. If your philosophy leaves you below teams whose only mantra is "40 points", then it's a worthless one. At this point I don't believe another 6 months, 12 months, 24 months etc would do anything. I don't believe in his vision anymore and I think most of the fanbase are falling into that camp. The more that do, the worse the atmosphere around the club gets and the harder it gets for him to turn it around.

More so mate, i honestly think some of the players now feel that way and have lost faith in him, things will come to a head by the summer i'm certain of it

So annoying, it's bizarre that he cannot see it, or refuses to implement it. Change our entire position

That sounds like the teams who focus on possession to me

Meaning Baines, Jagielka and Coleman?

The rest off the top of my head can be easily replaced and Martinez has signed Mori and Galloway for LCB so i think he can spot a quality defender no problems. Theyve been great in what is effectively their first season in the league and will only get better.
