I would so like RM to win more games and we all get behind him.
Neither will happen.
See the season out then evaluate.
If still no trophies and no European football, then it's goodbye from me.

This is going to be a time of massive opportunity this summer and we need the right man running the show.
We are half way there, just need to defend our goal much better.

I want him gone, i wanted him gone for over a year now

In fact, i lost the enthusiasm and i always expect us to lose or draw, when west ham scored the 3rd goal i laughed, not because i was happy, simply because as soon as they scored the first, i knew we will draw or lose

Anyway back to today, I WANT US TO WIN, but if we lose, i hope he gets sacked tonight.

If (hopefully) we end up winning the FA Cup than he should stay for another season, but losing today, in the semis or in the final and he should be gone.

Before someone jumps at me "you want us to lose", he wins the cup and stays, if not, he should be gone and i want us to win the cup even if it means he stays.

I don't think anyone is seriously saying Moyes is better.

I am.

That doesn't mean I hate Roberto Martinez and want us to lose every game. In fact I hope he goes on to be the most successful manger in the history of football with us.

My criteria for judging a manager is simple. Do they usually do better than other managers around them operating on a similar budget. For Moyes the answer is a resounding yes. No team on a similar budget finished above us more than once in his last decade in charge. The only teams finishing above us were those spending multiples of what we did.

For Martinez he had a fantastic first season but the two that have followed have been woeful. He doesn't have the poverty excuse Moyes did, and the attacking players he has added have been great. However we win far fewer points than we did when we had Anichebe, Jelavic and Fellaini up front. That cannot indicate a superior manager.

But it's not, is it.

Calm down Mrs. Martinez.

Hes quoted in multiple news articles this week alone as stating that hes building for the future and if that means someone else takes over and gets the fruits of his labour he will be happy for the club.

So either you havent read any of these multiple quotes of youve just posted more nonsense.

Bewildering.

How do you come to the conclusion that the MAJORITY of Everton fans want Martinez gone?

The poll results above give a decent overview of fans feelings.

I don't speak to every Evertonian in the world mate, so obviously I am referring to the poll in this thread.

It's all very well saying he is building for the future and he needs time but until he grasps the concept of defending which he has no intention of doing then he shouldn't be manager.

I've a good feeling about this evening btw. Think Chelsea are a spent force.
