My point is that "your"consistently quoting negative against the current management - yet to be balanced you also have to see there are positives least of all Wembley beckons. We all know the current stats are not the best but try to see a wider picture of rebuilding the entire mentality of how we play / perceived. Not easy and if you have been involved in managing football teams at any level or indeed people you will know what I mean.
