board doesnt seem think so. so what are they thinking or seeing? ( this is not criticism towards the board at all just a question)

....the board has always been pretty ambition-less though hasn't it, that's why the EFC management position has always been relatively deemed one of the safest in the division because, from above at least, you're not really expected to achieve that much are you - don't get relegated, have the odd cup run, make some dough on players bought - and skip along nicely, well done you, and that's it. Hopefully the MOSH will instill a different slant on that because, for the most, billionaires very rarely settle for mediocrity...

He can start by lobbing a winklepicker up el FRAUDALINHO's 'arris if he wants.

Managers don't fundamentally change who they are because we want them too mate, he is what he is, 10 years into managing and he has never changed one bit, even when it meant his previous team went down he stuck by it.

Europe last season wasn't a good run btw, thats a myth, we did well in a group stage that any decent team should navigate, beat a awful team and then got absolutely humiliated by a half decent side when it mattered.

Cup semi - got battered as soon as City turned it on and looked clueless in the away game

All we are is 'potential' but the potential that was getting said 3 years ago about 18-20 yo lads is now being said about the same group who are now 21-23 yo players, pretty soon we will be talking about our potential with a team of 26 year olds and wondering where all that time went

....totally on the button yet some still don't see nor get it.

Phenomenal that innit.

I'm glad you brought that up. Because it allows me to show my ability to admit I was wrong, of my own free will.

Now that's you piped down. Now please grow a set and admit defeat on Martinez.

I appreciate that you admitted that before anyone vaulted you. That took bravery.

I will wait until the end of our FA cup run to decide whether he needs to go. What's weird is that's your position as well, as you've said. But I should "admit defeat"? I don't understand. We're both giving him the 16/17 season if we win it.

The thing with RM is this, he comments that it was unfortunately that the job he started couldn't be continued at Wigan.

He does realise this is due to the fact he relegated them! Chats bubbles.

I know, but I'm not giving it him until he wins it as appose to saying he has my support until he doesn't win it.

This season will go down as a big opportunity missed.

That's down to Martinez 93.76%

Kenwright said he had been in talks with Moshiri for 18 months. Moshiri has seen Martinez press interviews and results. Moshiri stated success on the pitch is critical to the brand and the model he wants to introduce, with a stadium redevelopment, or a new ground being important but first cash available to build a successful team.
Moshiri will have Martinez worked out before he bought in and hopefully take action sooner rather than later.
I think there is no chance Martinez will be in charge next season
