I take nothing back about what I said about Leicester.

They are a very poor team technically speaking. Their style of play is not to my taste. 100 MPH grafting. Let's have it right, if Chelsea had won the PL in this fashion they'd have been slaughtered for it. Ranieri deserves to be named manager of the century for getting a title challenge out of them. It's unreal how he's whipped 13 or 14 mostly journeymen players to play consistently at this intensity. It's right up there with what Clough did at Forest. Please dont compare what he's done, plaiting sawdust at Leicester, with what Moyes did at Everton. Moyes did nothing of importance at Everton. Nothing.

Haha, quality stuff at least you are consistent!

As for the Moyes stuff, it depends on your angle I guess. If you consider taking us from regular bottom half finishers to a spell were we were clearly best of the rest outside the top 4 on a shoe string budget as nothing just because it suits your agenda, then I guess this is a pointless debate.

The absolute state of some of the comments in here. Rather not win the league because of the style of football, jesus wept. Almost as bad as saying they'd be happy with relegation under him as long as trophy was delivered.

They're playing to their strengths and outwitting teams that have far more money than them. Wether you appreciate the style of football or not you can't help but respect them for achieving everything RM hasn't for the last 2 seasons.

A couple of good cup runs can't and shouldn't let people ignore poor form over 38 games in the 'primary' competition the club plays in.

I have massive regard for Ranieri now. He;s handled the resources he has masterfully. I hope for him they win it. But I cant ever take that style of football. It's basic. Yes it's got results. But it's ugly.

I dont think I'm alone in claiming that.

Play to your strengths and it will give you your best chance of success.

Simple theories are usually the best. Can't knock them for it.

Latching onto something which you think we are really good at as though Martinez invented passing football. We aren't even that good at it, we keep getting webbed.
