I know I'm going to get jumped on but there have been a handful of key games were nothing did go for us. And after a couple of days I've got over the frustration and at least been able to look back on a decent game were a lot of our play was as good as I've seen. It is possible it's all excuses but it's also possible we have been unlucky, and I think we got a lot of luck in his first season. There's just too much of a fine margin to me to change anything. I don't feel like this is a team going to be worried about relegation and do see how close we are to our best side for thirty years. Things can go horribly wrong if we make a rushed appointment. Give it a year and this squad will look more balanced age wise and hopefully have more options. I'd be less worried about who was in charge thenI was in complete agreement until just before christmas, I thought He was getting us back to year 1 form. sadly though we have declined and the odd game aside, it's much like last year.
I wanted him gone last year but got behind him for the new campaign but he has destroyed any belief or faith I had in him. He's not going anywhere now by the looks of it so a cup win would be a nice leaving present, because yes he is a decent cup manager, lost in the league.
