The defense has looked infinitely better with Stones and Howard both out of it. If he brings one or both of them straight back in its gross mismanagement. Until he's proven he won't do that, my vote stays on out.

All that actually matters is where you finish in the league or what trophies you win. If we get to where we should be, 6th to 8th, then sacking the manager because of a lack of 'consistency' is mental.

Is Bobby finally getting the hang of it? Outplay, outfox, outscore and very important out defend teams at the same time. That's what I expect from him with the quality at his disposal. Don't want us to be the entertainers that have 70% posession and outplay everyone, just to end up losing 4-3, 3-2 or drawing 3-3. There's no team in the Premiership we should be afraid of. If you keep up this winning formula as of late, I'll more than happily change my vote at the end of the season.
