The fact he did nothing once again to change the game today annoys me most.

Rom plays so much better when he has someone close to link up with yet he persists with playing him up on his own. Gérard is the only player offering some attacking threat and then pulls him off after they all start wandering all over the place. It's bizarre

Exactly.

When Rom plays with two players, wingers, in advanced positions he is at his bets. First 15 mins Lennon wide, Del wide, Ross behind. Easy.

Then we start shifting Lennon and Cleverley about and it all gets ragged.

Had a bit of a think about it for a few hours, and he still has my support.

Problems are there, but I'm always in favour of giving managers time if there's no immediate danger.

He's had 3 seasons. The squad is more talented, younger and higher paid. We've gone from averaging 7th place and a cup semi every other year to bottom half. You might say that Moyes had two bottom half finishes, but check the conditions of those. He had a team of modestly talented, old, poorly paid players, very few of whom were in their respective international teams. The board has given him ample resources, time and trust and we're seeing the progress made under Moyes thrown away instead of built upon. It is time for him to go; if your best defense of the man is that we are not in immediate danger of relegation then you know this too. Being better than Villa, Newcastle and Sunderland is not an acceptable standard for the manager of the 4th most successful club in England. Know your history. NSNO.
