The concerning thing about Martinez is that even if a player can perform so badly , they are immortal in the aspect of being benched. Im not talking about one bad game , but a run that has been stretched back since last year. Where is the motivation for Robles to want to remain at our club or the motivation for Howard to start performing. Im pro Martinez but , this issue is one of his weaknesses.
