Roberto Martinez discussion

Lundstram hardly set the world on fire during his numerous loans during Martinez's tenure, so I can't really have a go at Martinez there. He was terrible at Blackpool by all accounts.

Duffy is the only one where I'd have a bone to pick, as he impressed at Yeovil and is proving his worth now at Blackburn. I am thoroughly convinced he's good enough for the Premier League and think Martinez dropped the ball with him (but, tbf, so did Moyes)

Conor is better than some people on here make out and I think we would have seen him get a run out today if Pennington hadn't had to come on

When considering Martinez, also consider some so called 'world class managers' and some 'bright young managers' in the Premier League. LVG is having a critical time at Man Utd., Klopp has yet to prove anything at the RS yet, beyond the fact that he does not understand the Premier League, the City manager will lose his job in the summer even if he wins four trophies, Mourhino has gone,Rodgers has gone, the Swansea manager has gone, and others with great reputations or potential have fallen. Pocheitino(sp.) at Spurs is currently doing well, but will probably have to overcome the loss of Kane at least, when Levy decides to sell for big money. In some respects Martinez is in a betetr position that most....he knows that he will be able to carry his plan forward, will continue to be entertaining. His success or failure is down to him, and not determined by the whims of others, or, hopefully by the murmurings of mistakenly disenchanted supporters.

Unless the takeover goes through....

It was just getting too confusing mate.
I mean, that has to be the answer right...having two people with the same opinion must mean multi...

Wait...

I've never seen you and @ianefc in a room together....

*looks suspiciously...

Plus, I agreed with you on besic, so don't be ruining the new year good will! ha!

You can tell when a bit of goodwill has broken out on here because @chicoazul 's output goes up massively.
