A manager who is clueless in coaching defending. Hire someone who bloody knows how to do it if you can't!! Or simply just F off

How much coaching does a 30 odd year proven england international, england left back , ROI right back abd potentially the next best ever english centre back need ?

I wonder how they ever got to where they are in their respective careers?

When we're 12th at the end of the season looking up at Palace, Watford, West Ham...that's what we'll remember
Maybe so but you are watching one of the best attacking sides we have had for over 30 years. Yes it's frustrating but we will win a cup and move up from there - same as Kendal did. Would we have played like this against Chelsea under moyes - you know the answer. So for now hold on it's a roller coaster but bloody hell were playing some fabulous stuff and we go to city in 10 days with a genuine belief we can win - for that i thank the manager.

Honestly Dave and you know I'm a Bobby fan: I am going to remember it with Stoke and Bournemouth as yet another game where fought back heroically to have a lead in the last minutes of a game and don't see it out. No proper Everton fan is going to cherish that game.

I'm struggling to comprehend that on 2 separate occasions this season, we have let a 2 goal lead slip, to then snatch a seemingly late winner, only for us to then concede a 98th minute equaliser. We've also one again scored 3 goals and not come away with the 3 points.

The mentality of the players has to change as current game management is atrocious, not helped by the fact that we have a quite terrible defence.

If Bobby could sort the defence out just a little bit this could be a proper frightening team. But until then we're going to keep having days like this.

The club and large sections of the fan base have accepted mediocrity, and some are actively pushing it as something good... it is rife at the club and there is no drive to move to the next level which this squad is clearly capable of...

We must be the neutral's favourite team this season, but 11th is still pretty unforgivable.

I'd be willing to give him one more season though, I just have the feeling that if this clicks, it'll click in a massive way. But that will depend on all of our current crop staying AND him adding another quality player or two.

I wonder at what point would people have not blamed our players? We had seen the game out for as long as we were supposed to, only for a magical extra minute to be tagged on and Chelsea to score the only offside goal that could be seen from space. What if Jones added on 5 minutes? Still the players' faults?

i would blame Deulo for not putting his foot on the ball at the end.

he is young though....so you have to accept some stuff like this when putting so much responsibility on so many youngster.

overall I would blame Jags for commiting and error for the first goal when he should have learned by now from the countless similar errors he has made like that. Poor poor Chelsea team and we were in control until that :(

so...how do these sections show this acceptance of mediocrity that you see?

and how are those who dont accept showing it?
