Agree with that in bold mate. We are superb value to watch. Which is why I disagree a bit with your conclusion. I dont see this month being pivotal - important yes - but nothing will rest on it as far as the future of the manager goes. The football being played is from the Gods.

That said, if we do get through to the cup final RM is even more safe as houses than he is right now.

If anyone can keep those players here it's RM. He is the only one. He brought them in, they all declare their reason for being here as RM.

One will probably go to fund more incomers. But Martinez will keep this squad almost in tact.

i think we need to look at the squad and judge based on that. If we sign byram then in the summer we need a LW,GK in the 1st 11 and competition at CF and LW.

I think Distin and now howard have been kept too long and hes also kept a number of other players for too long. Hes said he doesnt want high volume changes each window, just gradual which makes sense as its not a computer game.

Ive listed in the thread i started "best squad in 25years" about 11 players who should be punted as long as the 4 positions above are strengthened with quality.

I dont think he can really be judged fairly until he has moulded his own squad...but i would say he should have got rid of players faster but no one is perfect and he is still a young manager.

It does make me mad that he plays howard over robles and kone over anyone
