You need to have some context to your grievances though. This team is evolving; we have a squad of players for the first time in years too.

What do you expect him to do between now and May that will change your mind?

His lack of setting teams up defensively was as apparent at WIGAN as it is here...yet, REALLY oddly, it doesn't seem to concern you at all. Adapt his tactics to make us better defensively. Get us comfortably into the top half.

Above all else he needs to give the likes of Lukaku a reason to believe or next season could potentially be over before a ball is even kicked.

I agree with you. One of a few players overrated by supporters. I could name a few more that will never be good enough to take Everton into the top 4. But let's leave that for another day and thread. ;)
 

Massive opportunity for 3 points against a very poor Swansea tema next week which we really need to take. To be frank, most of our draws can become good results IF we win the reverse fixture. If we beat Swansea we will have taken 8 points off them and Chelsea, which is what we should be aiming to achieve from every team.

...and they only did it because our steams heads were all ver the place with the news of Kendall.

There is no team in this league better than Everton. Head to head we can match all of them.
