For me, I've tried throughout last season and this one to be positive about Martinez, believing that he truly has a footballing philosophy, dream and idea of how the game should be played.
He's got a squad of very talented players, mostly with years in front of them so the potential to build a dynasty.
But, he's got us morphing into Wigan.
For the most part we play decent possession football, but we simply cannot defend.
He's been far too loyal to a goalie who is way past his best and in who, the rest of the defence appears to have little or no confidence any more.
He spoke last week about his anger and frustration over the Chelsea game and how Everton would now react in order take things into our own hands.
Well if today was the manifestation of his anger, heaven help us and heaven help us on Wednesday if/when a team like City with their galaxy of attacking options really goes for it.
There's no way in hell that Martinez can set us up to defend the first leg lead at the Etihad, and if we try to go toe-to-toe with them, it could get real ugly.
Sorry Roberto, but five home losses with a team of this capability is totally unacceptable and I for one have had enough.
Thanks for your efforts, but it's time to go, but BK and the board are too weak and inept to do what needs to be done and that is to relieve you of your position together with all of your ex-Wigan coaching staff.
If we had any real dynamism within the club, we'd be ringing Mourinho or Guardiola and offering/asking them to come and do a 'real' coaching/managing job in turning this talented and misguided squad into winners.
We won't do that and so fellow Blues, prepare yourself for a summer exodus.
Be honest with yourselves, if you were any of Rom, JS, Ross, Gerard and probably Seamus too or their agents, you too would be lining up the summer moves away from Everton and a coach who is losing/has lost the plot.
