I agree with you, it is just it is a fixable problem and its still well within his capabilities to fix. Indeed, he may be given the ideal opportunity (again) to fix it this week; if he doesn't do it then you really have to ask what else can be learned.

Like I've said before, the top managers know when to move on players even before us fans even realise they are tosh.

Poor results. Doesn't excuse the absolutely awful home atmosphere which clearly affects the players like it affected newcastle players at the end of pardew's tenure. Absolutely no support for a team to find form and I saw 3 separate fights break out today in the gwladys end

He needs to go its as simple as that. He is making top players look bang average with the whole system he plays. We should not be losing to teams like Swansea and dropping points to teams like Norwich and Bournemouth. Playing good football does noy come into this argument the results do not lie. we have won 1 league game in 10. its relegation form.

People need to wake up and see hes slowly turning us into Wigan. That was a must win game today and we looked like we wernt even arsed for half an hour. Our top players are going to leave in the summer and can you really blame them playing under this clown that has an excuse after excuse on what went wrong. He needs to have a long hard look at himself.

I want to see someone else come in and see what they can do with this group of players because as everyone can see they are massively under achieving with Martinez in charge.
