Yes but I expect it's something we'll get used to in time and we'll get better at it also. You don't change these things smoothly overnight.

Lifting the ball over a striker and relying on calmness, perfect touch and then whichever player having to possibly hoof it anyway is starting to stuff me up a bit.
I know its a change of football philosophy, but occasionally (far too occasionally) its like being on death row and wondering if the footsteps you can hear are the guards finally coming for you.

Credit to Martinez yesterday; he clearly can adapt to certain situations and when a performance where being resolute and compact was required it came. Must have done something midweek.

I am all for playing it out all right but there are times when the ball is just crying to be lumped into row ZZ round about the halfway line.

This all day long. Maybe it's different on the pitch to watching on the box but you can just see when they are getting themselves into a mess and its a matter of time before they lose the ball or concede a goal.....

When that's happening, for the love of God HOOF!!!
