Ive actually had a thread on this open for a while which clearly shows the squad isnt top 4 quality.

Weve not even got a first 11 of top 4 quality let alone a squad.

if you ignore fhe leicester conundrum.

Theres plenty of players whove been on the bench but only able to come on for a few mins...look at niasse last couple of weeks.

Baines is there when its common knowledge hes injured...we have a poor squad which ive highlighted many times this season.

We need strength in depth, more quality.

otherwise will need to put players on the bench who arent 100% fit.

And this is what really hurts........when we play Chelsea in the cup unless we go at least 4 up no one will feel confident including the players........

Who would you bring in?

Anyone mate. Someone who can win games after 2 goal leads or last minute winners.

Hughes has outperformed him for 2 seasons in a row, koeman as well. Neither of them have 20 goals a season strikers there. Liverpool just got a league winning manager in who also was 90 minutes away from a European cup. Hell Eddie Howe could well over take Martinez.

Hes gone for 2 up top and niasse was worse than anyone could ever have imagined.

Two of the goals should have been cleared easily.

Last few games don't make our season. Opposing argument to yours would be how many clean sheets we had before that.

Well he did it again didn't he. Week after week he keeps messing it up. Tactically he is inept and he is not the man to take us forward. No-one not even @davek can defend him?

We had the game bagged at 75 minutes we just had to tighten it up and stop the crosses into our box. And what does the fool do - puts on another striker FFFFFFFFSSSSS!

And for what it's worth Niasse looks utter turd. He runs around like a headless chicken trying to catch up with play.

If he could only get a few minutes from them all then he should have put the kids back in. What would have happened if our subs had been forced through injury early on.......he got the substitution wrong, we all knew it at the time, and if he can't admit it then he shouldn't be here.......

Rightly or wrongly thats the way he wants us to play. Id quite like to see us playing like barca when he makes some signings this summer.

If he fails after the summer then all bets are off but we will have a top 4 squad.

Then he is living in a dreamland. If he really thinks it that way he deserves to get the sack. You win because you build on a solid defence not by scoring 4 goals everytime.

Same thing was said last summer. Gonna to give him till Christmas or a season to get things right blah blah blah but on the pitch there isn't improvement. 11th last season and another midtable finish in May will surely get him out of the club.
