This season is a freak season and we clearly arent in the favour of the footy gods. Things will change.
Keep the faith.

What makes you have faith in him?

Last year was Europa or 2nd Season Syndrome. This year is a freak season so what is the execuse next season? Injury perhaps.

This is from a Wigan forum when he came to Everton.

Weird isnt it.

Like if we had a seriously talented player on the books, but with a really annoying and costly flaw, we would expect a manager to coach the lad to;

1. Recognise said flaw, then,

2. Help him fix it.

Billions of young players that has applied to.

That, as I see it, is what we have here, but with the Manager. I would rather he/club/someone fix it, rather than let the talented bit go to waste.

...we have, MIRALLAS, and he's not managing that very well either.

Keep the faith.

'Keeping the faith' involves harping on about some 'horizon' that will never be reached, it also involves further regression, and probably getting beat at Wembley at some point. Why should we put up with all that when we can just go out and get a much better manager? It's nothing but masochism to want to continue with the Martinez comedy. We can get better, so why stick with worse?

If the Wigan fans were predicting what would happen here then that shows you his methods don't work and he's not for changing his ways.

Same at Everton as he was at Wigan.

If he stays it will be a relegation fight next season

Well I am not bothered about having a debate about every single player on the books and whether they are being managed well/badly.

Point was, I would rather have Season One Martinez back, than punt him. But if the new boss wants to fire him, then fine also.

Why I said if the new boss sets him a non negotiable, 10 game target next season, then I would be sound with that. Lets see if he can fix it. Whealan gave him a security blanket, so has Bill.

Moshiri will not. I assume.
