Scandalous from Moyes.
He had to trim costs by 25-30% when the others around him increased their budgets...that factor seems to be totally ignored when comparing him to other wigan managers or their relegation.
But for the ref we would have beaten city and been in the final.
Moyes never had a squad as good as coco
Just playing devils advocate here, but I would say that Barkley, Stones, Deulofeu, Lukaku and Besic would have progressed whoever was the manager. They are extremely talented players who were always highly thought of and are now 22/23 rather than teenagers, so their progression is natural. I would argue that Deulofeu's progress has actually been a little slower than you would hope, particularly in terms of decision making and fitness.oh fgs...
Del (don't even start...)
Lukaku
Stones
Besic
Lennon
McCarthy
Barry has arguable being rejuvenated
Barkley
Coleman first season. Stagnated since.

Ah here no fan would take an FA cup over relegation. That just wouldn't happen. He won them the FA Cup and I know a lot of Wigan fans will be greatful for that moment.
Ask them whether they'd rather win that final, or spend another year scrapping against relegation?
I'm not saying RM's faults aren't there as they are but that was a remarkable achievement. It's not his fault they utterly collapsed after that...
He never had many failures dude it was down to not having anywhere near the cash coco has hadpartly because of his transfer failures
We are so predictable that we have scored 51 goals - so far - this season.
And finished 5th.You mean the season where we got to a cup final?
He took them down and ruined them
They would swap it to be in the premier league now instead of league 1He gave them their greatest moment, and nobody in Wigan would swap that for anything.
Are they saying that if you asked Villa fans now, straight choice, FA cup or relegation, they pick the FA Cup?. Not in a million years. They would swap it to be in the premier league now instead of league 1
I know some posters just love coco and don't even think before they post mateAre they saying that if you asked Villa fans now, straight choice, FA cup or relegation, they pick the FA Cup?. Not in a million years.
8 mate. don't get ahead of ourselves here! 5 are the bottom 4 as well, stoke chelsea and west brom the others. And so predictable that those 51 goals have gotten us 9 wins
He gave them their greatest moment, and nobody in Wigan would swap that for anything.
