It's a very handy start given we've played 4 out of the top 7 teams last season and only Watford who looked there for the taking.

I will admit I was surprised with the team selection.

Team selection v S'ton was doubted too.

I think it's best we all step back and allow the little Catalan magician the space to work his magic.

Spot on and we have been much better this season. I don't think we've played poorly (apart from Spurs, I didn't see tht game), but poor defending cost us against Watford and Man City just had the extra quality.

I was mad as f##k at what Martinez done last season. I thought he should have been sacked before the January window to allow a new man to bring in a couple of players.
I am now undergoing a cathartic change, his conduct through the summer, how he has managed the board, the press and the players has been exemplary.
