Aye agreed. The odds are against him achieving with his plan as our best players will be pilfered at some point but at least he has a clear strategy for medium and long term, and importantly one which is delivering bit of success now.Me too mate. Was worried he wouldn't make it at points but was always rooting for him. He's a man with a long-term plan - which will include painful learning curves at time - and I think we're genuinely probably the only team in the Prem who will give him the time to execute that plan.
