A thing we should all remember about Martinez is how young he is.

When Moyes was his age he´d just come to Everton. Remember how much "better" DM became with experience during his 40s.

Under Moyes we have conceded 4 or more 23 times. We have scored 4 or more less times than that with majority coming against lower league teams in the cups. We have had some horrible thrashings under Moyes.

It's not perfect but let's rejoice that it's not Phil Neville or Stubbs. Martinez has won at big 4 clubs, including the ****e, he's won an FA Cup, that's more than Moyes archived in 11 years, he deserves a chance
