i dont think playing a diamond with two wingers is the best idea...swap bolasie for barkley and another midfielder for lennon and its worth a try

I think Gana can handle himself in there on his own, especially as Funes Mori likes to get forward meaning he can support him when needs be

Again i'm a little bias.

But hand on heart, I know he has issues. His confidence looks shot for a start. Not even sure why.

But, for me, he is one of the only players we have who can pull something out of his arse even when things aren't going well.

I can fully understand people going rar off him though. When he's not pulling things out of his arse he's not looking great.

I can't think of another system where we could deploy two strikers without reverting to a flat 4-4-2, which would cause everyone to lose their minds because years of intense tactical snobbery have drilled into people's minds that "4-4-2 = BAD"

5-3-2 maybe?
