I thought he had his best game of the season last night. There were a couple of occasions where his touch let him down at times where it needed to stick, but overall he did a good job of providing an out ball.

I think if we are to progress under Koeman then lukaku needs to go. He's never going to be the hold up player that is needed. The right player upfront changes our team dynamics completely

Or you put another player upfront to do it for him, which Valencia did well I thought. Will be the same again on Monday hopefully

we'll miss him when he's gone. Imo his goals make up for his lack of all round play, if he played in a two up top i don't think we'd even notice how bad his play is. Time to spend big and scrap this lone striker role because it's just not him, let's at least play to his strengths for half a season.

I do understand fans' fury with him though, but we have much more important things to moan at imo.

Reverted to type after 25 mins today and booted it at him, back to goal, with Barkley and Valencia absolutely nowhere near him.
