No hands were raised, no head was thrown in. I'm not sure how you could see what happened as a red. For me, it was a coming together and the yellow cards were justified.

Whether you think it was a red or not (I personally don't think it was) is immaterial. It could have been a red but it wouldn't have even been an issue if Rom had kept his cool and not reacted
If you don't lean in like he did, you don't give Otamendi the chance to fake getting butted. It would have been harsh to see him getting a red, but I reckon it would have stood
Hopefully he learns from that
Benefit of the doubt isn't a regular occurrence when you wear an Everton shirt, and our players need to remember that, especially against the established top 6. Thankfully this time Battenberg didn't try anything

It's all about opinions, and my opinion is that there's no way a red would have been held up for that.
All good strikers are aggressive. I'd want Lukaku to keep that aggression.
