It says Milans transfer budget for the summer is 140M, not that they'd bid it for Lukaku.

It then says that we value him at around 75M, which won't put off Milan.

In Belgian press they are saying Milan preparing a bid of 165M €, it also seemed odd to me, probably some things got lost in translation
