It's not hard to put up a list of the clubs that Lukaku sees himself play at.

The question is - which of the elite right now actually needs him?

Or can afford to buy him. Madrid and Barcelona have too much cash invested in their teams already and every other year they have a transfer ban. Bayern don't need him. PSG is the only one who might be able to finance a move and need a forward.

Surely he'll go to another premier league club, in the event that he leaves, in recent interviews he said he wants to win the PL. Quite difficult to do that if you're not in it.

Much prefer to sell him to PSG but suspect Chelsea might go all out for him, especially if Costa goes to China.

Either way, enjoy him while he's still here and lets hope Walsh has a list of replacements already.

Wouldn't surprise me if Ronald Koeman has advised him not to sign a contract funny how all this has happened after the Barcelona job has become available anyone remember the Howard Kendall / Gary Lineker thing I think lightening is striking twice.

I wouldn't believe a word he says, frankly, or any player for that matter. They're all worked from behind by agents.

Agents are getting too much power. An interesting side-effect: here in Belgium a team has blatantly lost from another team. Including ridiculous own goal and sneering defender who made the own goal. The result is that another team drops from the first division. Now they think that it was arranged like that because of an agent owning multiple players in team x and y. It is assumed he clearly didn't fancy seeing all his players from team x relegate; so he asked the players from y to play extremely bad.

Those networks of football agents can basically order the players around since they decide about their career. The problem is it's very difficult to proof this.

Koeman might be. Lukaku isn't. His style of play is not suited to the Liga in my opinion.

You're right.
Anyway I think we overestimate these club loyalties when it comes to managers. The media loves to fire our imaginations too.

Koeman looks and sounds like a guy who wants to do stuff at Goodison.

does anyone remember if RK was quoted correctly about 6 months ago that Lukaku was too good for the blues or was it just media hype ?
for me if Lukaku wants to break his contract in the summer as long as we get 90 million then he can go if not he stays for another season!

I want him to stay of course but all this CL bshit again he would go to utd, arsenal,spurs,Chelsea like a shot even if they were not in it.
