Okay, let's compare him to a striker like Drogba.

At 23 Drogba was playing lower league football in France and had 12 career goals.

At 23 Lukaku is playing in the premier league with 141 career goals.

No he isn't as good at the moment as Drogba was in his prime, but what an unfair comparison that is!

This isn't just aimed at you - But some Evertonians need to wake up to what an amazing talent we have on our hands here.

I get your point but fight and workrate isn't about age, it's about attitude.

You think he's suddenly going to hit 26 and start competing for balls or pressing really hard?

I think he's an amazing talent too but he really lets himself down in some areas.

I agree.

Valencia should have been on in that situation (Tuesday).

That being said I think DCL has offered support to Lukaku in our home games vs WBA and Hull. Teams that we should - and have - been beating comfortably.

Lookman is a bit of an in between player. Not quite a winger, not quite a striker, but there's no rush on forcing him into the side.
