Keane for example has been a target for ours in the media for months now, not once have I seen SSN or the papers catch up with one of our ex lads asking for their opinion on him joining us or his next club. The fact is the media have a cosy relationship with ex RS, Utd, Chelsea and Arsenal players and pundits and tapping up is just part of the click bait experience for them.

Remember not that long ago Fabregas (then of Arsenal) being pictured in a Barca shirt whilst on International duty. Doesnt get much worse than that mate.

Im not saying it isnt very annoying, I just dont think its a conspiracy against us. Its just the nedia selling newspapers mate. We get it worse because we have had so many good young players recently. Spurs are gettung it too over half their team at the mo.

Its what they do, peddle stories. You say the media is protecting the top six but the biggest story of recent weeks is " Hazard to Real Madrid " that defeats your arguement of them protecting the top six.

This was the 1st time ive heard Koeman himself say that Lukaku said he wont sign new contract,all the time before all ive heard is that its not him dealing with contracts,its the club etc,and saying hes leaving the lukaku stuff till summer makes it look like this is only going one way unles koeman sticks to the "we have 2 years left of his contract stuff"

If he doesn't sign this new deal, then if a club offers a fee that meets our (very hefty - and rightly so) valuation, Rom'll leave.
