We can't attract top names like Belotti, we will have to aim lower and unfortunately will require a miracle to land another player who can bag 20 goals a season. Best we can hope for is probably a player with better work rate/overall game than Lukaku but who probably bags 10-15 goals a season.

That's our level as it stands, no proven 20 goal a season striker will be signing for us.

He has certainly been honest, I'll give him that. His tact and diplomacy skills need more work though, like his hold-up play. Unfortunately, Lukaku will be remembered by Evertonians not just for his goals, but also his big mouth.

This will be more than acceptable especially if like this season we have 16/17 different scorers, work rate counts for a lot, more so in the big games when you have less of the ball and need your forwards to chase teams down.
