To be perfectly honest the 2 clubs that are supposedly interested (Chelsea and United ) seem to have other preferred targets.
Lukaku is in my opinion their second or third choice and the reported 100m fee will deter buyers
Morata,Beloti , Griezman all seem better options for proven CL players
I hope and pray we keep Lukaku because we won't attract a proven 20 plus goals a season striker without CL
I don't think Lukaku is good enough at the moment for top level CL football
If he was why aren't Real ,Barca,Bayern Juve interested.
Morata played for Conte at Juve and wanted to keep him but the fee was too high.Belotti is Lukaku's age and has never played in the CL.
Morata isn't exactly a prolific goalscorer.
In style, though, both fit the system Conte uses at Chelsea a lot better than Rom would - on paper at least.
