errr? Obviously the big club is a dig at us - but theoretically if they meant a champions league club, why would he score less than half the goals if he was surrounded by better players?

i'd be shocked if origi ever gets to double figures in a season.

Origi is more likely to get double fingers....off Llalana in the showers

Right just watching when Costa was sent off, lukaku seemed to be having a go at jagielka, he didn't look happy at all. Maybe because jags wasn't getting properly behind Barry in that exchange?

Future captain if he stays?

Sometimes it's not even worth arguing with them haha. I just sit back get the popcorn and laugh at their hilarious bitter comments.

Basically he was messaging me about how poor we were and in particular rom. And then the magic happenned.

The timing was just outstanding lol

moron, utter moron. I learned at a very young age to just leave most things until the end of the match - in particular slating your rivals - you never live it down.

Agreed. Minimum double what we paid for him, having 3 season left on his contract. Minimum.

£56M is too low in the current and impending market for a team that doesn't need to sell....I honestly think his stock is getting higher by the week and you'd have to start the bidding at £70M

Gonna be like Stones last year this, if Roberto is still there he needs to do what he did last year, and were in a better position to do it. Tell his agent now so there's no ambiguity. HE'S NOT FOR SALE

Everton striker Romelu Lukaku: I don't have to prove anything to Chelsea

The Blues striker scored both goals to dump his former side out of the FA Cup and seal a place in the last four for Roberto Martinez's men

Romelu Lukaku ended a run of four games without a goal against former club Chelsea
Romelu Lukaku claimed he had nothing to prove to former club Chelsea as his two second-half goals sealed Everton's place in the FA Cup semi finals.

Lukaku ended a run of four matches without a goal against his previous employers in emphatic fashion by scoring a stunning solo goal with just under a quarter of an hour to go before driving home five minutes later to send the Blues into the final four.

The 22-year-old moved to Goodison Park in a £28m deal in the summer of 2014 from the Stamford Bridge club and showed exactly what they were missing in attack as Diego Costa saw red for the visitors.

But Lukaku was keen to focus on an excellent collective performance from Roberto Martinez's side as Everton booked their place at Wembley.

"It feels great, I am just happy for the team and to do something we wanted," Lukaku toldBBC Sport .

"Now we have 90 minutes to go and we delivered a good performance after the loss against West Ham.

"I think the first goal is the best thing, I didn't know where I was going, but then I was in the box. I saw Gary Cahill not know where he was going so I shifted it onto my left foot.

"It was just another goal and happy for the team. If you want to win cups, you have to beat the big teams.

"I don't think I have anything to prove to Chelsea.

"I went there as an 18-year-old and learnt the trade of being a professional footballer. I will always be grateful to them."
