Roms had a very good season.In terms of goals scored there's no arguing with his stats.I think one of his biggest flaws is that when he get's no service he will drift out of the game.The very best strikers the world class strikers can conjure up a goal out of nothing.If only Rom had Big Dunc and Tim Cahill's attitude though.Rom is a more gifted player than those two but if you cut Dunc and Tim up they would bleed Royal Blue.Rom on the hand seems to think that Everton are ones who should be privileged to have him as a player.

Watching Juve Monaco. Lukaku is right up there as a finisher. The high profile Dyabala and Mbappe both missed glorious chances. We would have slaughtered Lukaku for missing especially that Dyabala chance.

Your right about his finishing there is no doubt he is in that talk with the best strikers in the world.

What separates him from the rest of them though is when he's off the ball, if you look at Higuain tonight, the guy has been ripped into on numerous occasions in the past for his weight etc but he works his ass off leading the line, challenges for every 50/50 and always makes the defenders realize they are in a game, which Glik showed tonight really does rattle a player by his deliberate stamp on him in the second half.

For Rom to make that next step up that is the part of his game that needs work and as much of a student of the game that he is, that's not something you can learn and unless he can find that sort of desire in himself he will always have those doubts around him over whether he is an elite level striker.
