Funny how some are getting carried away about Lukaku scoring here, let' put this into perspective, they play away in the CL to Seville on Wednesday, will he score then ?? Because right now all he has done is scored against a side who last month lost 3 0 to both Liverpool and Leicester and 2 0 to Stoke, in fact earlier this month United beat them 2 0 then, even West Ham put 4 past them a few weeks ago, but yeah what a player.....

Don't understand this kind of bitterness.

If he is as poor as you claim he is ( and you might be right), isn't it just better to celebrate his departure and not try to downplay his achievements?

Even if he does score against sevilla, It'll be its only Sevilla can he do it against a bigger club etc

This late in the season and ppl are still trying to make out that we are missing him and in a few cases that we got a bad deal, it's crazy when you take into account the only reason he isn't an Everton player is because he didnt want to be one.

Played a role in the build up for both goals today, which were both examples of great attacking football. I think it had a lot to do with the personnel used going forward.

Mata and Sanchez are far better for both Lukaku and United than Martial and Lingard, for me. Lukaku could get into the 30s this season if they play them as the front 3.

hes ruined himself, he came back from that injury a year too early.

NBA stars suffer the same injury in the US, and come back after 18 months of rehabbing it. Ibra came back after 7 months! bet he regrets it now

Although that is true, and good riddance to him for that

But we are missing him, badly. The only top class player we had and we swapped him for basically crap

We do miss him if only because he needed more than one defender to stop him at times, thus creating space for other guys. That and all his goals obviously.

We certainly don't have anyone of that stature at the moment.
