As I've said in the match thread, it boils down to lack of competition. Too many players selected regardless of form.

The back four is an utter mess. He's put together a CB pairing with a combined age of just short of 70 and continues to show faith in Baines who is woeful and will get even worse.

He's supposed to have sorted us out defensively. Anyone thinking that after the first half of this season need to think again.
