It's a disgrace. We were doing so well before he took over.
Hahaha. This tickled me.

Yep.after every bad result its Koemans fault just like last year with martinez. When do you starting to realise that 3/4 of this team is not good enough???
Mirallas, Deulofeu, Valencia, Barry, funes mori, jagielka are not good enough and never will be. Same with cleverley, oviedo etc etc etc.
This will take time and untill then you will keep seing these performances. Some people really don't seem to get it.
Not to say Koeman is free from criticism. He picks players who can't do the job.
Well Mirallas is absolute shoite. So there is that.
Apple's and orange's lad. Martinez had been here three years and we'd got steadily worse during that time, Koeman has been here six to seven months, had one single awful transfer window and despite that we're no worse then we've been for the last two seasons before this one. If after two solid seasons of garbage then maybe we can lay serious blame at Koeman's feet but until then the situation isn't comparable. We can't call for Robertos head and then be happy with the turd we serve up under RK though.
Hypocrisy.

The back four is an utter mess. He's put together a CB pairing with a combined age of just short of 70 and continues to show faith in Baines who is woeful and will get even worse.True. But I blame that on the arle arses hes relying on tonight.
Hes let Del go, hes reluctant to start Davis, doesnt seen to believe in Mori...but these have the legs the others don't.
Totally agree but at least dont drop mori as he has been decent enough and in better firm that the mess that jags is this season. Barry shouldnt be near the team in his form and results wise it makes sense to put davis in. Valencia is a west ham reject and shouldnt be near the team.
Sorry but I really don't see how we have a god awful squad. Sure it's aging but talent, experience and potential wise we aren't far off spurs imo. For me the difference is application. How many times do we still start games at walking pace, conceded a goal then end up spending the rest of the game trying to recover? That's something the manager should be addressing with the players.Seventh in the new year with a god awful squad.
Pull your bonces in and see what happens.
He was sound tonight. Worked, and was dangerous. So let's take him off for a centre back

He's supposed to have sorted us out defensively. Anyone thinking that after the first half of this season need to think again.
But what if the one's you want him to put on the pitch aren't actually any better the one's he does play? He clearly doesn't have any faith in those players on the bench if he's picking others you don't rate over them. You have to give a manager time. I agree with that. 2 years at least. But for me he cannot keep picking players who are not performing. What he sees in training ir not... There are players who are on the pitch who should not be.

How many times has he started the likes of Barry or cleverly in games that are crying out for someone who's more mobile and can get the ball forward quicker or, dare I say it, going balls out and playing only one holding midfielder? Up to a month ago we were still seeing cleverly on the wing ffs.
For me he flatters to deceive, doesn't seem to know how he wants the team to play so the majority of the time we resort to clumping it long. I hope he does well and proves me wrong but going into January I'm concerned with what he's going to be bringing in based on what his (hate to use the word) philosophy actually is. He's not getting anywhere near the best out of any of the players. Sure if they're not good enough then they're not good enough, but I don't think that's the case. I guess I just refuse to believe that every player bar maybe 3 or 4 in the whole squad are fundamentally good footballers.
