Hoofball is probably all that these players can comprehend. Seriously, it's an unnaturally stupid spineless group of players with zero on pitch leadership. Difficult to do anything with this lot, serious surgery needed in January.

Hull beat basically Koeman's Southampton earlier this season.

Already improving on his previous team.

That's the biggest criticism of Koeman. He can see the players won't or can't play compact so why keep picking them and giving them new contracts. Barry, Jags. Useless

Most of these players played posession football under Martinez, it may have been ineffective but we did tend to dominate posession. To say we play hoofball because of them is imo ridiculous, we play it because the manager demands it. His whole ethos is built around getting the ball from the back to the front as quickly as possible.

After the summer didn't go to plan this was quite possibly going to be a bit of a write-off of a season, at least in the first half. With that top 6 looking so strong, this season isn't really the one.

The squad needs freshening up over the next couple of windows. We should have the funds necessary thankfully.

I'll be happy with 7th and a proper crack at the FA cup this season, with the pressure to do better being very much on in the second season for Koeman.

Yes I know he's a defender and that's his main job but, it's never actually been his main role because he's also meant to get forward as he did.
The problem might lie centrally so, I agree about the CB's.

That cross tonight (and let's face it, that is all he did of worth) was into the mix around the penalty spot, it wasn't a laser guided missile onto the head of Barkley.

Coleman put a better quality ball in for Lewin.

You right. Maybe they wont be better. But if some of the players have been utter dribble and results since september are shocking well then what has he to lose in terms points wise. Give them a go to try to change it. The likes of davis /lewis are not world class but dont look out if place. Give em a go. For god sake. Barry cant run. Well runsbut like a fat duck.Cant tackle. Cant challange and keeps losing the ball. He hit a 3 yard pass out off the pitch tonight. A 3 yard pass!!!

It's hard this time of year it's worth remembering. Players need rests here and there. I do agree he got the resting of players wrong today though. Terribly wrong.
