I have him on ignore now. He can't be arsed to spell my name correctly when addressing me I can't be arsed conversing with him. Simple really.
its a funny way to spell tommy stop calling yourself simple too - does the ignore button work?
I could not get it to work for you?
only joking tommye my old mucker

I imagine he is deeply frustrated that the lads earnt a lead but threw it away. He has all season remarked about the need to start well, react better and there has been evidence over the past few weeks or so of the agression/style he wants being displayed.
To go a goal up and then cave in isnt his fault. Its the players weak fragility again.

It goes against everything that he is asking of them and what they have been working towards. Its child like and must be so frustrating. It frustrates us. Why isnt Ronald allowed to be annoyed?

This is why I feel his anger is more directed at the players than at the board, his comments about 'an 18 year old being the best player' is telling. I think he's making a point to the board too but I feel most of it was directed at the players.

I am trying to be patient, but the sheer inconsistency and lack of identity is worrying. Can't go on a run and hard to discern what he's trying to drill into the team. The thing that impressed me about Southampton was how the team played as a team and a very clear game plan. Don't see that with this team. He seems to be tinkering and not to know his best 11 or where they should play. I think he deserves time and windows to figure some of this out but I wish the early signs of progress hadn't completely evaporated.

Well I am sure you know I fully meant that in jest.

I agree with everything you said.

He has time...but it's very concerning that the only semblance of a system is hoofball.

He's getting paid very well, but it's very hard to see where he's earning that money. He hasn't done anything with Everton to have banked any sort of patience and/or goodwill.

His leash is very short until he gives us a reason to loosen it.

We got very lucky. We created 0 chances except for a hoof down the middle that somehow ran through for a goal. Wasn't a good performance
Edit: Obviously the second goal too but that was after Leicester had given up defending chasing the game
I concur........... to assume he wanted Morgan in and that he would start today is absurd.

In my opinion, its not clear who does what.
Walsh recruits but doesnt negotiate?
Ronald identifies talent, as does Walsh?

In theory we could be having a manager, DoF, CEO, Chairman all involved in a deal.
In my eyes its not clear who does what.
It;s a mess.
