Ronald Koeman discussion

It is, up in till last year Barca and RM got like 70% of the TVs money and the rest was shared out between the remaining teams. Barca and RM are normally what 20-30 points clear of the rest come the end of the season, they have 2 serious games a year vs each other, rest of the time they win 4-5-6 nil

I think they organised their own TV deals.

Though am I right in thinking the Spanish FA is acting to redress this matter and have a more equitable share out of TV income?

I wished RK had picked Davies from the start of the season as it was clear that we lacked energy
and enthusiasm in midfield and were stolid at B'mouth, Watford, etc and when he came on Chelsea he looked
ok.

In my mind, it was like when Coleman came back from Blackpool and looked raw and energetic but DM perservered
with that lump of mediocrity, Hibbert, for another year.

I disagree on both counts I think the players were handled correctly. Letting young players get a feel for the pace of first team football is for me the correct way to go. PL football bears little relation to u23s. It looks fine when Coleman and Davies come on for short periods at first and impress, and the fans get behind them . But Calvert -Lewin , for instance attracted a few grumbles because he didn't seem to do anything exceptional, although he did little wrong. It's a delicate balance.

I've always thought Pep, Jose and messi are completely over rated. Pep only manager the best team in the 2 pervious leagues who have had the far better player and are a 2 horse race(Spain) and 1 team in Germany.

Jose proved with Porto he was a great manager but since then he's had money chucked at already built teams. Utd are his weakest team today.

Messi's only ever played in a pub league, seem him go AWOL for Argentina a lot, also seem him go AWOL in a few CL games when Barca got thumped 7-0(think it was) Suarez IMO is a better player, so is Ronaldo.

Ronaldo and Suarez better than Messi. HAHAHAHAHA

When he goes to another league and gets 60 goals or wins a World Cup, Argentina are struggling to even qualify for Russia. Messi is overrated

A young player can't just be thrown in, it's a delicate time in their career. Koeman has handled Davies perfectly imo, it's a big step up into top flight PL football. Even Tom Davies, the greatest player of all time, needs to adjust to the transition
