Ronald Koeman discussion

I've always thought Pep, Jose and messi are completely over rated. Pep only manager the best team in the 2 pervious leagues who have had the far better player and are a 2 horse race(Spain) and 1 team in Germany.

Jose proved with Porto he was a great manager but since then he's had money chucked at already built teams. Utd are his weakest team today.

Messi's only ever played in a pub league, seem him go AWOL for Argentina a lot, also seem him go AWOL in a few CL games when Barca got thumped 7-0(think it was) Suarez IMO is a better player, so is Ronaldo.

FFS Mr G

I'm not saying it wasn't meant kindly, it just sounded ridiculous consoling the most successful manager in recent times.
He was just being nice to his mate ffs.

Plus he was stating the obvious, that Pep would no doubt take flak for getting gubbed 4-0 due to the level of expectation at City and on him personally, but that he's a great manager and he'll get it sorted at City.

Your dredging is hitting new lows Dave.

Hold on, why would Koeman need to dig out Guardiola when Koeman has already declared his City team to be 'the greatest team he's ever faced'?

Is he now retracting that earlier convenient BS assessment of City?

lol

He said post match that first half they created chances, which they did, but second half was a perfect performance from us, in every aspect, which it was.

...so Guardiola's City aren't now the greatest ever team he's faced?
City were top of the table when we played them at their spot and many pundits were predicting they'd walk the league at that point, but don't let facts get in the way of your latest nonsense angle of attack Dave.
