Ronald Koeman discussion

Your lad Ronnie needs an extra 10 games per season to get 72 points. He's way too streaky a manager to be consistently competitive over 38 games. Before this season ends he'll go on another 7/8 game non-winning run.

Ronald Koeman is the officially appointed manager of Everton F.C. So he's not the manager for @MoutsGoat he's the Everton manager for all Blues and that includes you Dave.
Kindly stop being quite so damned argumentative in every thread, it really is getting tedious.

Anyhow the last match, although we ceded possession, we attacked with verve and swag. With three kids on the pitch! Koeman looked overjoyed and very much an Everton man. Really enjoyed being at the match, haven't seen a match that good in years! Got his tactics spot on, although that won't work against the lesser lights of the league.
Massively improved home form on recent years!
Never seen koeman so animated on the touchline. But let's face it, if you can't get excited beating city 4-0 and putting one over 'the worlds best manager' and a former team mate, then maybe he shouldn't be managing a club.

Koeman averages 61.5 points per season in the PL. He is on course to finish on 60 this season.
Martinez averages 54.3 points per season with Everton (I could use Wigan too if required).

Stark evidence on who is the more streaky manager (72 v 47 v 44 for Bobby against 60 v 63 for Koeman).
if you've used Southampton then it's only fair to use Wigan. His overall average is 45.71 per season and we are now on Koeman at 61.5

I'd say that's a pretty decent upgrade.

After that Arsenal game we lost against Liverpool and Leicester and were fortunate to get a draw from Hull. Which underlines my point that he's a very inconsistent manager. So, to answer your question, a decent end to the season would be cutting out that one step forward two steps back sequence.
So you think we are going backwards under Koeman? By my maths that's means we are taking a step back culmatively everything we progress?

I'd like to know where you think we have recessed in terms of ability as a team?
