It does depend on having quality top defenders to make sure if you break down you don't always get punished. We had Jagielka and Stones - the chocolate fireguard CB pairing.

Don't mind (Perceived) safe football to get us results and nearer the top. But as soon as we consistently get near the top, I'd expect the performances to match.

Koeman has this imo. Varied, direct, solid.

But agree that a foil/back up for Rom would make us all sleep better. That said, we havnt really had one since we signed him.
