Let's see if the upturn continues as we do look fitter and more competitive.

Don't particularly want us to be overly direct, but let's see also how varied his tactics will be.

Nothing wrong with possession football or playing from the back if it's done well with plenty of movement. We failed with it miserably for two seasons though, that's for sure.

I got to say I think he has done a great job in shifting the dead wood. It's not just the first team as well with a couple of younger players being offered the chance to go out and find clubs. I think it's a cultural change at the club which is refreshing to see. This will save us a lot of money in terms of salary saved.
