Nine MAJOR trophies...are you sure? lol
This season?
Probably champions league.
Would like bit more on this. What are you seeing in terms of style of play going forward. I'm definitely liking that we don't get (often) get hammered, we're strong at home, and we don't always look like we might fall apart. Have not been dazzled by our play, but I am happy to hear more about what you're seeing on the boil.Despite him being a bit more direct I've actually much preferred the football this season in all honesty. We've seen glimpses of what Koeman wants us to be and I think that we could potentially play some very good football under him in the future when he has everything set up how he likes

As am I
It's nice not to treat a trip to Goodison with the same trepidation as one to the dentist anymore. I actually enjoy going again, which I didn't in the last two seasons of Martinez
I never want to feel that way about Everton again
Not many 'muscle fatigue' injuries either eh.I like the fact, that in the last 10 mins of games we scored the most goals 16 and conceded the 2nd fewest (4) behind Chelsea. This suggests the players are at their fittest level that they have been for years, which makes a pleasant change of blowing out of their arses after 60 mins under the old regime.
Common sense and football knowledge in this thread for a change. RefreshingThat passage of play leading up to winning the penalty against Southampton
I think if you sat Koeman down and asked him how he'd want us to play, he'd point to that
At the end of the day, he played for Barcelona and one of the best Dutch teams of all time, so he understands and appreciates good football
I think when he got here he saw how lax we were at doing simple things and decided to go "back to basics" with an aim for getting us back to a standard level of competence again. Now we're pretty much there, he can start getting us to be a bit more creative and move the ball on the floor a bit more, and I reckon he will do this more and more as he gets the players he wants and builds confidence within the squad

That's what you are not getting pal.I want what's best for Everton. Getting to 7th place is not my idea of "growth" to be honest. It's something that Stoke or West Brom aspire to.
That's what you are not getting pal.
It's not an aspiration ..... far from it ..... listen to what the manger says about his ambitions for the club.
It is however a good recovery from the mess left by the manager that you rate highly.

This really. It was that moment when Howard booted Ayew up in the air I just sat there staring blankly into space thinking, do I even want to do this anymore?
