must say I don't understand why we persist with a 4-3-3 when barry plays. he's too vulnerable and koeman should switch us to a 4-2-3-1

I assume it's possibly to be like "look we can't even put out a shape I want"
 

The young players to come through

I do not see how appointing the U23 manager and playing youth players can improve the current team. You can tell how many youth players can make it in the PL in the past, maybe one or two in every 5 years.
