Koeman is absolutely perfect for EFC now when we are trying to push forward and progress as s club. His way of pushing the board and players is spot on. He doesnt take crap from no one. This healthy pressure that he puts in is essential.

I do not see how appointing the U23 manager and playing youth players can improve the current team. You can tell how many youth players can make it in the PL in the past, maybe one or two in every 5 years.

One thing that I don't get is his persistence with selecting Stekelenburg. We always look better with Robles instead IMO.
