Ronald Koeman discussion

My top five candidates, in order, once Koeman goes in December:

AVB
Unsworth
Pochettino
Pardew
Wenger

Disaster

Untried , would like to see him alongside a more experience manager

Never in a 100 m years would Pochettino come to us , he's destined for bigger and better things. ( Real ,United when Jose messes up , or a real long long shot Barca ) he's that good

God forbid and all harm

He will retire or move upstairs when he resigns as manager of Arsenal
If he couldn't win a title in 20 years with the money and players he had at Arsenal then he'd never do it here
The world and his dog knew he needed a GK commanding CH a dominant CM and a CF ( the latter not as important as the first 3 ) but he kept buying midfielders

Unless we find a Billionaire owner who can circumvent FFP Koeman or any other manager hasn't got a chance.
It's going to be a long process and if/when we get a title Koeman will be long gone.
What Leicester achieved was a fluke with Chelsea in disarray, Manure self exploding after Fergie left ,City telling their manager he was sacked half way through the season but can you stay on till May
Arsenal doing what Arsenal do best ie flatter to deceive and Spurs bottling it all went in Leicesters favour but it'll never happen again in my lifetime.
I find a lot of what Koeman does confusing and strange but he's the manager , knows more about football than any of us and he knows what happened behind the scene with transfers whereas we can only guess speculate and post unfounded rumours
As I said he's the manager so until he really messes up like Roberto did I'll back him and the team
Spends too much time on the golf course for my liking!

I believe that may have been a little joke Brian San.

"And it's Baines, stepping up to the spot, for the title. He's done it."
