It'll be a massive blot on his career, especially after he rebuilt it following the Valencia debacle.

I mean if the season we only get 7th and somehow rescue it then what? If he's got another year do we keep him to just stay the same? Do we sack him and get another manager? In his first three seasons of managing teams in the Premier League, he's finished seventh, sixth and seventh.
He's totally doing my head in at the moment, but that's a pretty decent record he's got there, so I'd stick with him for the moment.

Decent record no doubting that, but this is the season we all thought we would be pushing teams above us.
The stark reality is we are in danger in being caught up in that mid table dog fight more than challenging the teams that finished above us.
Concerns are rising as simply the performances are not what we expect, and his arrogance is starting to annoy a very fragile fan base.
I am not advocating the sack for him, but if he doesnt change tactics and attitude I have little sympathy for him if the fan base turn on him

It's like someone played football manager in the real world and none of the players know what to do, so just run round for 90 minutes just blagging it because they are actually good players.

Both not perfect mate, then again i don't know many managers atm who are that solid defensively outside of the 'relegation survival specialists'

Both are managers that at 1-0 would go for the second even later on in a game rather than risk holding out.

The whole heading off on a golfing jolly for the last days of the transfer window sums him up. Couldn't give a toss about the club, not even bothered to be on hand to convince the star striker to sign.

Everton haven't got the x-factor so he needed to do more to get the right players.
